Choosing a plant extract supplier is about more than price. A structured evaluation should cover three areas: the factory, the paperwork and the samples.
On the factory side, look at production capacity, GMP practices and whether the company operates its own laboratory. On paperwork, review certifications, COAs and traceability documents. On samples, test solubility, taste, color and flowability in your actual formulation.
Suppliers who welcome audits and answer technical questions quickly are usually the ones who perform well after the purchase order is signed.
